Whether I'm a sleep enthusiast or someone looking to enhance my sleep habits, this page is dedicated to unraveling the mysteries and importance of the time I spend in the arms of slumber.

The first thing I researched was how my sleep duration changes over the years, throughout the year.

What I found was I slept 5-7 days on average, with the exception of 2023, when I slept a lot. From the first graph we can see that I got my lowest amount of sleep in 2022 and highest in 2023, though that does not mean this is the average. The second graph shows that first months of 2019 and last months of 2018 was the lowest averrage sleep duration for me. After that, it starts to increase slowly, with a slight decrease in 2022.

Next step was to see how much I slept throughout the months. The graph above shows the average of all years. This graph shows that:

I sleep more in February than January. This makes sense because January is when exams are, which should decrese my sleep duration while being on holiday in February should increase it. With the same logic my sleep duration decreasing in March, when school starts also makes sense.

Sleep duration decreases even more during spring months, around midterms and increases in summer months. It also decreases again when the school starts on fall.

Below you can see other various graphs about my sleep duration.
