Start/End Time

Welcome to my Start/End Time Page, where we embark on a personal exploration into the intricate world of sleep analysis. Delving into the data of our own sleep patterns can be a fascinating and enlightening journey, providing valuable insights into our well-being and daily routines. Here, we focus on deciphering the optimal start and end times for our sleep cycles, unraveling the mysteries of our individual sleep patterns. Through personal research and analysis of sleep data, we aim to understand the impact of varying start and end times on the quality and duration of our rest. Join me in this introspective endeavor as we navigate the realm of sleep, utilizing personal data to tailor our sleep schedules for enhanced health and overall well-being.

Here we can see that despite my sleep duration increasing over the years (in the sleep duration page) my avereage time to go to sleep has become later and later throughout the years,  summer of 2022 being significantly lower than other years. One pattern we see is that on average I don't sleep before midnight... ever. To see my overall monthly patterns lets combine the years.

Here we can see that my start time has become late significantly in February, during school holidays, and early again in March. We also see an increase in summer months, and decrease in fall, futher showing us that I sleep later at night when it is not a school day.

In these graphs, which are the average of all years, we can see that my start time didn't change significantly during summer months, except a slight increase in Tuesday. However, there is some change in school months. We can see I sleep a little later in Saturday, on weekends, and go back on Sunday.

Now onto my End Time:

Just from this graph we can tell that I slept until late in the morning in 2023. This is because mosr of my classes were in the afternoon, so I didn't need to wake up early.

Here we can see that I woke up later in February, during Holiday, and earlier when school starts.

Here are more graphs about my end time:
